Chicago, IL - (August 10, 2010) - JKH Enterprises is working with a client who is interested in investing in or acquiring an industrial facility services company.

Our client is a mechanical engineer and former CEO who is looking for an opportunity to invest his own money in a small business that he believes could benefit from his many years in the nuclear, fossil fuel and biomass power generation industries. As such, if needed, he is prepared to take an active, day-to-day role in the company’s leadership and operations.

He will consider several different types of investments, depending on what a company needs and what its owners want to accomplish, including a complete acquisition, the purchase of some or all of an existing shareholder’s interests and the investment of fresh capital into an ongoing business.
